Making a conference call on a Polycom office phone
Posted by Kurtis Perry on 18 June 2015 08:03 AM

A conference call is a 3-way conversation between the caller and 2 other parties. All three parties can hear each other. To make this call:

1. Call the first party.
2. Press the More soft key and then the Conf soft key to create a new call (the active call is placed on hold).
3. Place a call to the second party.
4. When the second party answers, press the More soft key and then the Conf soft key again to join all parties in the conference.

In short,

1st call, "More" -> "Conf"
2nd call, "More" -> "Conf"

The soft keys are the buttons immediately below the screen whose functions depend on what is displayed on-screen.
