Adding attachments in Outlook Web App

If you are using the Houghton Outlook Webmail App and find that you cannot add attachments, here is a fix for that.

On the first login page, check the box that says "Use the light version of Outlook Web App."



Once you have checked this box and logged in, you will see your inbox, though it will look slightly different.

You can either click on the new message button at the top of the screen, or open the message you were working on previously.

Click on the "Attachments" button.



Click "Browse" to select the attachment you want to upload, then click "Attach".

Once you have added all the desired attachments click "Done". To delete an attachment, check the box next to it and click "Remove".
