Can't access a web page ("Not authorized to view the page")

While trying to access a web page, you may receive the error "You are not authorized to view this page."

If this page asked you to sign-in when you first used it, the most common problem can be resolved by doing the following:
  • Close all web browser windows
  • Open the page your are trying to access again
  • When asked to supply your username and password, use your full email address (i.e. -
    • If you don't enter your username or your password correctly the first time, you will need to close all web browser windows again and start over.
If this page did not ask you to sign-in at first, contact the Helpdesk for assistance.
