Accessing your voicemail from a web browser

Log into Voicemail Web Access

    1. From your web browser, navigate to  **Note - You may see a message indicating that it might not be safe to proceed. Normally you would NEVER want to ignore this message, but in this particular case you can ignore this message and choose the appropriate option to continue to the website.
    2. Login to the voicemail system
      • User ID: Your 4 digit phone extension
      • PIN: Your voicemail personal identification number
    3. You are now logged into the voicemail system

Access your voicemail box

Click the Voicemail button in the upper-left of the screen to go to the voicemail inbox.
On this screen you can see all of the messages that are currently in your inbox. Messages can be played and deleted from this screen as well. Messages in bold text indicate the message is a new, unheard message.

To play messages in your inbox, click the button to play messages.
To delete or save messages, check the message(s) that you want to delete or save, and then select the appropriate option from the More Actions drop down list.
